As always, each EXO is hand-crafted by our friends at Snake Eater Tactical using the highest grade materials to provide you with a lightweight and rock solid platform that will last for years and years. Our under-lapping design gives you 360 degrees of Velcro attachment to the included Liner Belt, meaning no sagging or extra bulk around the buckle and there is no need to use keepers. We use 2” Scuba Webbing, featuring a tight, rigid weave that prevents it from folding, rolling over, or twisting under heavy loads without needing a plastic insert that is not as tough and will eventually break. Scuba Webbing is built to resist saltwater corrosion, rot, mold, mildew, and ultraviolet (UV) degradation and offers high tensile strength, often ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 pounds of breaking strength, all well remaining thinner and lighter than other popular duty belts. Patented AustriAlpin COBRA® quick releases are, without equal, the safest, most finely crafted, and strongest load bearing buckles available anywhere. They are also the only stab-lock style fastener in the safety products market that will not open while under load. Each belt comes with a 1.5” Velcro Closure Liner Belt, also built using Scuba Webbing. The Duty Belt lining is Hook Velcro and the Liner Belt lining is Loop Velcro.
